Trinactin是一种疏水性环状酯，可作为大环内酯类抗生素，从金黄色链霉菌|中分离得到。稳态离子迁移研究表明，Trinactin表现为单价阳离子循环载体。Trinactin已显示可阻止3H-胸苷掺入用伴刀豆球蛋白A处理的淋巴细胞，并且是Nonactin的同源物。此外，代谢研究表明，Trinactin诱导了潮湿的振荡线粒体肿胀。
Trinactin is a hydrophobic cyclic ester that acts as a macrotetrolide antibiotic, isolated from|Streptomyces aureus|. Steady-state ion transport studies demonstrate that Trinactin behaves as an univalent cation cyclicly carrier. Trinactin has been shown to block incorporation of 3H-thymidine into lymphocytes treated with Concanavalin A and is a homolog of Nonactin . Additionally, metabolic studies show that Trinactin has induced damped oscillatory mitochondrial swelling.
