DNase I, Fluorescein/FITC labeled
|
Deoxynuclease I, Fluorescein Labeled
Synonym: DNase I FITC, FITC-DNase I, DNase-FAM.
Similar products: Alexa Fluor 488 DNase, SF488 DNase.
Product Description:
Fluorescein labeled DNase I is one of Nanocs’ fluorescent DNase conjugates. Deoxyribonuclease I, also called DNase I, is a endonuclease that cleaves DNA preferentially at phosphodiester linkages adjacent to a pyrimidine nucleotide. DNase is konown to be involved in apoptosisis and plays a role in actin polymerization. Nanocs provides a number of fluorescent labeled DNase I products that span from UV region to near IR. These fluorescent DNase conjugates can be used for enzyme studies, bioassay development and many other biomedical research. Nanocs Fluorescein labeled DNase I, FITC DNase is a green fluorescent DNase I conjugate that has excitation/emission wavelength at 490/520 nm. This fluorescein DNase enzyme can be easily detected by fluorescent instruments in FITC channel. All our fluorescent DNase conjugates were purified by size chromatography to remove non-conjugated molecules and ensure adequate applications both in-vitro and in-vivo.
