谷氨酰胺合成酶表达培养基(GSEM)补充剂可使氨和谷氨酸形成谷氨酰胺，从而缓解培养基中的氨积聚。它可用于提高中国仓鼠卵(CHO)细胞的重组蛋白产量。 1 mL 将补充 50 mL 细胞培养基。
应用
GSEM补充剂已用作培养中国仓鼠卵(CHO)细胞的ProCHO5无蛋白培养基和培养NS0骨髓瘤细胞的选择性培养基的添加剂。
Description
Glutamine synthetase expression medium (GSEM) supplement enables formation of glutamine from ammonia and glutamate there by alleviating accumulation of ammonia in culture medium. It is exploited for high yield recombinant protein production in Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells.GSEM Supplement has been used as a supplement for ProCHO5 Protein-free medium for culturing Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells and selective medium for NS0 myeloma cells.
