Mice^[1]

Beige-nude Xid mice are inoculated s.c. in the right flank with 3×10⁶ OPM2 or HT29 cells. When a tumor is measurable, mice are assigned to a GF 15 treatment group (20, 100 mg/kg) or the control group for 0-20 days. Tumor burden is measured every alternating day using an electronic caliper.
