5-Pentadecylresorcinol (Adipostatin A) is a glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GPDH) inhibitor with an IC50 of 4.1 µM. Adipostatin A shows good larvicidal activity against Aedes aegypti[1][2].
