体外研究
(In Vitro)

NBD-125 (B-12) exhibits the strongest transcriptional activation ability to RXRα and the greatest inhibitory effect on colon cancer cell growth[1].
NBD-125 (B-12, 0-80, μM) inhibits β-catenin signaling and cell proliferation in colon cancer cells[1].

Western Blot Analysis[1]
