VO-OHPic 

VO-OHPic 是一种可逆的、非竞争性的、选择性的 PTEN 抑制剂，IC50 为 46 nM。在 doxorubicin 诱导的心肌病中，VO-OHPic 可减少细胞凋亡 (apoptosis)、不良的心脏重塑和促炎 M1 巨噬细胞。VO-OHPic 抑制细胞自噬 (autophagy)。
