Description:

Biotin labeled catalase is one of Nanocs’ biotinylated catalase conjugates. Catalase is a common enzyme found in nearly all living organisms exposed to oxygen. It catalyzes the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide to water and oxygen. Catalase is a important enzyme in protetecting the cell from oxidative damage by reactive oxygen species. Biotin modified catalase is able to bind to avidin or streptavidin with high affinity. All our functionalized catalase conjugates were purified by size exclusion chromatography to ensure adequate applications both in-vitro and in-vivo.
