替考拉宁 A2是由放线放线菌|产生的抗生素复合物的成员。该糖肽类抗生素在结构上与万古霉素相似，并已报道在体外对革兰氏阳性球菌有疗效，如表皮葡萄球菌，金黄色葡萄球菌和肠球菌。在这些易感的革兰氏阳性菌中，Teicoplanin A2可以抑制细胞壁。通过抑制肽聚糖聚合进行合成。
Teicoplanin A2 is a compound which is a member of a complex of antibiotics produced by|Actinoplanes teichomyceticus|. This glycopeptide antibiotic is structurally similar to vancomycin and has reported efficacy against gram-positive cocci|in vitro|such as|Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus spp.|Among these susceptible gram-positive organisms, Teicoplanin A2 is reported to inhibit cell wall synthesis via inhibition of peptidoglycan polymerization.
