UCM05 is a Filamentous temperature-sensitive protein Z (FtsZ) inhibitor and inhibits the growth of the Gram-positive bacterium B. subtilis with MIC values of 100 μM but lack activity on the Gram-negative bacterium E. coli[2]. |
